Winning Young Writers Further to an impressive set of entries for our Literalily competition (for our creative writing magazine) last term, in December a number of girls were inspired to enter an external poetry competition. Young Writers’ 'Through Their Eyes' is a competition for young people aged 11-18 which requires a poem to be written on any subject matter, in response to the leading question: Whose point of view will you tell? The English Department are delighted that an impressive number of St Mary’s entries have been selected for publication this year. The winning entrants are: Christa (LIV); Bea and Honor (MIV) and Alice and Leah (LV). Well done, poets! We are looking forward to receiving copies of 'Through Their Eyes' in the Library soon.
