Before the Christmas holidays, some of the girls took part in the King's High School and Warwick Preparatory School Virtual Swimming and Fitness challenges, and there were some great results.

On the evening of Friday 4th December, St Mary’s hosted a virtual Overseas Universities Information Evening for current parents and students, as well as reaching out to some of our local partner state schools. The aim of the evening was myth-busting preconceptions about the myriad of international opportunities available and demystifying the process of applying for higher education outside the UK.
This academic year, our school charity is The Harbour Project, which is an amazing project aiming to ‘be a family for every individual who seeks asylum or is granted refugee status in Swindon, and to help them to rebuild their lives’.
Many congratulations to UIV (Year 9) girls, Evie and India, who are through to the final round in the BBC Young Reporter Competition, having been shortlisted from thousands of entries to potentially have their stories professionally made and broadcast by the BBC on either TV, radio, online or social media platforms.
