UIV Maths Challenge Spring 2012

As part of Enrichment Week, the UIV Form competed in a Team Maths Challenge in Top Hall. There were 3 rounds: a group round where the 4 members of each team worked together to solve 10 questions; a cross number round where the down and across clues had to be carefully matched to help solve the puzzle and finally, a relay race which had the teams split into pairs, racing to get the next question for their team from their marker and trying to solve it as quickly as possible.

It was a very close run thing, the winners were Team 5: Matilda, Sarah, Georgia and Romilly with 85 points and runners up with 83 points were Team 7: Alexia , Lottie, Evie and Tatiana.
