Clay Pigeon shooting started on Friday night at the Gauntlett Sporting Company, Wootton Rivers. The girls learnt how to hold the shotguns with the correct technique. It took a little time to get used to the kick back of the gun but soon they got their eye in and the clays were being hit, a few girls were even shooting doubles.
