The Armed Forces Fund
The Armed Forces Fund: The Radley Foundation in association with St Mary's Calne and Downe House.
The Armed Forces Fund is an important new initiative, created and led by The Radley Foundation, in association with St Mary's Calne and Downe House. The sole purpose of this fund is to offer educational support to the sons and daughters of Armed Forces Personnel who have died serving their country or who have been discharged as a result of serious wounds or injuries. Any boy who is awarded funding will be educated at Radley College, near Oxford, and any girl will be educated either here at St Mary's Calne or at Downe House, Newbury.
Radley College launched this initiative to its extended community in early November and St Mary's Calne and Downe House are now following suit. If you are interested in supporting this highly worthwhile fundraising initiative, or you would simply like more information about The Armed Forces Fund and the role of St Mary's Calne in this, please do not hesitate to contact Miss Lilian Leadbetter, Director of Development & Alumnae Relations on 01249 857366 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
