The Governors of St Mary’s Calne and St Margaret’s Preparatory School invite applications for the post of Bursar and Clerk to the Governors at these high-performing and successful independent boarding and day schools.
Candidates should have a strong background in finance and/or commerce, human resources management, health and safety and risk management, project management and information technology.
The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with an ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer details needed to achieve agreed goals. He or she will need to be energetic and enthusiastic about realising the ambitious vision for the Schools and the best possible outcomes for the pupils and staff.

Data Manager - November 2017
We are seeking to recruit an experienced IT administrator, starting November 2017, to provide support to both St Mary’s Calne (senior independent) and St Margaret’s (independent preparatory) schools.
The role is split equally between the two school sites and focuses on website management, fundraising and development data management at St Mary’s, and website and data management at St Margaret’s. The ideal candidate would offer excellent organisational and IT skills; experience of Raiser’s Edge and iSAMS would be desirable.
