The Peach Child

The 1Stages Theatre Company has got through to the regional finals of the New National Connections 2008 project.  They will be performing their production of The Peach Child at Bath Theatre Royal’s The Egg on Sunday 4th May at 7pm.  The performance will be about an hour and is aimed at age seven and upwards.  It is part of a weekend of performances from local youth groups and schools.  We would love as many of you as possible to come along and support the girls.  The girls have worked so hard and done so well to be able to perform in Bath.  We are all very proud of them.

NEW CONNECTIONS, produced by the National Theatre and supported by Bank of America, is one of the world’s largest celebrations of youth theatre.  It commissions new plays for and about young people from some of the best contemporary playwrights, for performance by schools and youth theatres from all over the UK and Ireland, both in their home venues and at regional partnership theatres.
