Sixth Form Lecture on Tuesday 20th November

Mrs Lynne Copp, parent and Managing Director of Creative Training & Communication Ltd, spoke on ‘Creating your own Future’.   It was a very passionate and energetic talk where she introduced various new concepts to us.  The talk provided a taster on how to achieve our goals and, by revisiting our aspirations and goals frequently, along with a positive and confident outlook on life, our aspirations will become reality.

Mrs Copp spent time talking about the way our brains work, the nourishment the brain needs and how powerful it is in creating our own future.  She then defined the ways of thinking between the left and right brain and how we can unleash the huge potential we have within us using visualisation when goal setting.
 
Towards the end of the session Mrs Copp led us through a visualisation technique which we can return to when thinking about our own goals.  It was a thought provoking talk with ideas which will be internalised for weeks to come.
