Classes: Terms and Conditions
- Choose a class that will suit your style and ability. If in doubt St Mary’s staff will be pleased to advise you.
- Avoid being late for your classes as admission after the start time will not be allowed. The warm-up is a crucial part of the workout and reduces the risk of injury.
- Drink plenty of water before, during and after the exercise.
- Never exercise after a heavy meal.
- Inform your instructor of any medication, injury, ante/post natal condition or illness that may affect your ability to exercise. They will advise you accordingly. Never exercise when feeling unwell.
- The booking of the class is only confirmed upon payment so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)
Please ensure you fill out a PARQ before joining a class. This will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, illness or injuries that might be affected by exercise. Please hand it to your coach when completed.
Class Booking Information
St Mary's members can book seven days in adavance either in person or over the telephone. Non members can book three days in advance or pay on the day to confirm the booking.
