Athletics: St Mary’s fields teams at all age groups. Within the timetabled lessons girls are introduced to the different events and learn the basic skills.
Fitness: Fitness at St Mary's is taught to girls in the Fifth and Sixth Form in their Games lessons.
Hockey: Hockey takes place on our newly resurfaced floodlit Astro-turf as well as our grass pitches during lesson, club and team practice times.
Lacrosse: Lacrosse is one of the main winter sports at St Mary’s and is also taught as part of the Key Stage 3 Curriculum.
Netball: Netball at St Mary’s goes from strength to strength. We have teams in all age groups from U12 through to the 1st and 2nd Senior Teams.
Pilates: Pilates is an extra-curricular activity offered to girls in the Sixth Form.
RLSS Life Support is an externally accredited Award administrated by the Royal Life Saving Society UK.
Tennis has a high profile at St Mary’s and there are a number of opportunities to compete at varying levels in competitions.
Trampoline is offered as a junior club for the Fourth Form in the evenings over the three terms.
