We saw some contrasting scores last week, with the 1st Netball Team taking on the might of Marlborough in preparation for the County Tournament and our Lacrosse Teams playing Westonbirt. There was much to be gained from all of the matches, learning from both the wins and the losses. Our hockey matches allowed for more closely contested battles, with an exciting U14B Team 0-0 draw against Dauntsey’s and a 4-4 draw for the U13A Team against Godolphin. In Cross Country, the U13 and U12 Teams beat Sheldon and Malmesbury, and on Friday we hosted our own Biathlon Time trial. With some superb run and swim times, St Mary’s scooped two golds, three silvers and two bronze medals. We now await the final National rankings to see who has qualified for the British Schools Biathlon Championships in March.
