You may be having problems because you are using an incorrect username or the email you have entered is not the one held on the database.
Click on the Forgot Login link on the left.
Tick both boxes on the main page, i.e. Lost Username and Lost Password.
Enter your email in the email box; this needs to be the email used on the old site.
